Posting 'outside costs' in timesheet or elsewhere

dljacks Anonymous Visitor	as an Ad Agency, we purchase outside materials for our clients (such as stock photography) and bill them for that cost. How do I make that entry So that it is integrated into the overall time and cost for invoicing.
